GBToo bad I even have to give a star I ordered a doll on May 18 2020 and cancelled my order literally 2 hours after I jumped the gun, realizing I wasn't making the same money as pre-pandemic. They got back to me a couple of days later saying they would cancel but would charge me a restock fee since THEY read the email late. Policy doesn't say the customer will be charged because of a company delay in response time. BUT THAT'S NOT THE WORST OF IT! They asked me to confirm cancellation and I did, but they never updated that info on their system, so Klarna is now wanting payments for my cancelled $1440 purchase. I've contacted TTD numerous times through email and their website with no responses, and Klarna is giving me deadlines. I had to convince Klarna to give them a try so they could see I wasn't trying to screw them. They have not replied to me or to Klarna. Their website SAYS MY ORDER IS FULFILLED! It doesn't reflect their email where they say they will pause so I can confirm cancellation and doesn't acknowledge said cancellation. It's really messed up and I don't recommend anyone order from this company. October is coming and I'm still dealing with this. Totally taking advantage of lonely people during this pandemic.

GBVery quick I received my doll in… Very quick I received my doll in excellent condition and it was packaged really well I'm very happy with True Touch Doll she's so realistic

GB9/10 would buy again 9/10 would buy again The rating gets 5 stars over 4 for the reasons that the company really does take pride in their work and to take care of the customer, I feel thats actually one of the most important pieces. You get emails updating you on the status, unfortunately a hiccup ended on my part where the doll was shipped but no tracking number was sent, and later receiving an email to review it. How am I supposed to review whst I dont own yet? I contacted support and sure enough not even 24 hours later a response was sent with a tracking number. THAT'S how you win customers, keep up the great support! The doll itself looked great when it arrived, came carefully packaged, bundled up and super safe for shipping, arrived about 3 weeks after purchase, especially during Christmas. The doll is heavy, so it ruins a few positions I honestly prefer, but thats minute compared to the positives. Good job True Touch!

GBOrder placed October 5 Order placed October 5 , review posted December 20 used Karla to finance. Cannot reach True Tough through email, text, or voice mail since. Klarna has been all over me with email threats, and again no customer support and after finally speaking with a human was told they would investigate from there side only after I provided proof I did attempt contact, then more letters and emails as if I did not speak to anyone,SO and then there is that. Actually turned it over to my attorney. No one would listen. Proceed at your own peril. MERRY CHRISTMAS

GBOrdered on April 29th and still… Ordered on April 29th and still nothing. I sent out multiple emails and voice mails and still no response. I can tell they really do not care about their customers by the lack of support and customer service. I understand COVID going on and all but not providing any updates or feedback at all makes me think they just don't care. Wish I could get a refund based on how long this has gone on. True touch dolls truly does not care about their customers. That's the truth and being True.
