GBI have left two emails asking where's my order??? I have left two emails asking where my order is and there has been no response. To date, I have never received the solvent and if this is not rectified in the near future, will be pursuing a dispute with my bank to get my money back. Please advise ASAP...

GBHorrible Horrible! Never delivered and no tracking number provided. Fake a** store. Thank god, PayPal refunded be back my full amount.

GBPretty good, not perfect, but close. Would buy again. Product quality is great. Customer service is good. Accessories could be improved, but easy enough to upgrade them myself. Would buy again

GBPurchased two dolls. Came just as perfect as I imagined. Purchased two dolls. Came just as perfect as I imagined. Glad I went with this company. No issues, dolls came exactly as pictured. Shipping took longer than expected due to coronavirus but they emailed letting me know what was going on and kept me informed on my order throughout... got a little unsure at times because of the tracking number statuses but package showed up while it still said it was waiting to be picked up. these guys knew more than fedex could tell me. Well worth the wait. Anna and Angelina dolls are highly recommended :) excellent quarantine pickup... love them!

GBPoor service & I'm still dealing with issues! Have been and still trying to resolve mulyiple issues with my order! Gave them some time to rectify because of the covid-19 pandemic; very slow to respond to e-mails(sometimes you have to send a few to get a response). Tried calling and it goes to voicemail(still have not heard from them via phone!) Was promised on 2 seperate occasions that they would send a "we're sorry" package/item; have yet to receive either one and that was weeks ago!
