GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service. They make the customer pay return shipping for faulty products they sell. Then they make you feel like its your own obscure personal preference that is the problem, not the product. Buyer beware.

GBOrdered over $400 worth of gear on… Ordered over $400 worth of gear on September 10th. Said on website that everything was in stock. After they automatically took the money from my account, half of what I ordered isn't in stock. Still haven't received my order. Also there "customer service " hours aren't what is posted. Says 8 but no one answers until after 11.

GBService its horrible Service its horrible. Make 2 orders on december 22 and 1 order on january 3. First order recieved wrong items. Second order missing 2 times which one of them where on back order and the other was discontinued, where never recieved any kind of notification of that. Third order one of the items where out of stock. Never again buying from them. NOT RECOMMENDED unless you wanna have my same experience. Good luck!!

GBAnsgear good place to get paintball… Ansgear good place to get paintball stuff. Note for ansgear, do not ship through FedEx. My package has been sitting in Tracy, ca for 5 days now. All my experiences with FedEx has been terrible. They have lost my package a few times. From the driver getting to my door and couldn't find it from getting lost while in transit. Don't use fedex..

GBAnsgear must think we are stupid Ansgear must think we are stupid. I was very close to pulling the trigger on a Ninqa Pro v2 regulator. Here is my problem with them. The std pro v2 has a steel bonnet, Ansgear's description says it comes with a aluminum bonnet. The aluminum bonnet makes it a pro v2 ultralight. A marker tank threads are aluminum, aluminum to aluminum will sieze and gall unless you use antiseize. Not desireable by any means when using hpa. Buyer beware!
