Received a tank with 11/21 born date (1 year old) even though it's advertised as new/5 year hydro. Was told their internal "policy" is that tanks are "new" as long as it's within 1 year of born date. Offered refund, but at my expense of shipping it back. Look elsewhere for gear. Plenty of other paintball stores online that would at least offer some kind of discount for an old tank.

ANSgear Exemplifies Professionalism ANSgear has been my go-to since I began to paintball again in the last couple of months. Every item I have purchased has always arrived in perfect condition and all items were clearly packaged professionally. During this last purchase, there was a bit of an issue due to the shipment method, however, the customer service provided by Jesse was absolutely incredible. He was able to rectify the issue in record time and demonstrated a care for the customer that you don't always see. I will definitely remain a life-time customer of ANSgear.

No quality control Is there no quality control when they ship out their products? Out of the 10 items I purchased totaling about $400, I received my order all in one package and was missing 3 items! Now I have to chase them through emails etc to find out when I will be getting my stuff or a refund. I don't plan to buy here ever again. I'd rather pay more than to deal with this hassle or incompetence. Poorly run operations.

I have ordered with this company a few… I have ordered with this company a few times and every experience was full off issues such as mismatched products a completely unsafe tank that was 138 bucks. And I had nothing but bad paintballs. Overall it’s just not worth the head ache and stress when there’s great company’s out there
