Customer service is horrible. They have a good product. But that doesn't excuse the horrible customer service. Approach their customer service staff as if they are impaired 3 year olds. They can't even take simple instructions that are standard for any reputable shipping company. These guys are spare parts. Get a real customer service team because the level of idiocy is hurting your bottom line.

occasionaly Well I purchased the Stamina Fleshlight along with the vibrating cockring. I really love the cockring however the vibro it uses seem to drain batteries super fast and also is quite finicky (doesn't even use the button just twist and it's on.) and the flestlight has a not so stable setup in which the sleeve sing in and goes crooked in which the plastic can scrape up your penis unless adjusted (which in the heat of the moment is quite a pain). so if I could go back I would just buy the cockring with additional vibros.

Almost 3 weeks and customer service won’t answer. I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!

Defective product, noexistent customer service I have purchased many Fleshlights. However recently quality has declined significantly and 2 of the 3 Fleshlight sleeves I ordered came defective. I took pictures after turning the sleeves inside out to show the defect. The customer service person was rude and denied they were defective. Very poor, dishonest customer service. I'll have to have Visa refund me since the company refuses to honor their own defective product policy

Horrible company Horrible company. Horrible customer service. Never received my order. Company claims that USPS delivered my package to my mailbox. How can a four pound package filled with sex toys fit inside a small mail slot? I emailed, no response. I called, no response. I wasted $150 bucks on these scammers.
