CACustomer service is horrible. They have a good product. But that doesn't excuse the horrible customer service. Approach their customer service staff as if they are impaired 3 year olds. They can't even take simple instructions that are standard for any reputable shipping company. These guys are spare parts. Get a real customer service team because the level of idiocy is hurting your bottom line.

GBDon’t spend your money unless you like throwing money away and being ignored when receiving faulty items! Initial enquiry response good (they want your money) After receiving product - quickshot launch, the item was faulty out of the box, £140 item not working out of the box is just incredibly bad, first response from company was generic. I sent email with video evidence as requested to prove item was faulty. Since then I have sent 9 or more emails to request a refund and that I will ship item back, no response. Truly shocking! Hence the poor review, if I could leave a zero score I would. Very poor service and would advise people to not buy anything from fleshlight directly. Unless you like throwing money away.

USDefective product, noexistent customer service I have purchased many Fleshlights. However recently quality has declined significantly and 2 of the 3 Fleshlight sleeves I ordered came defective. I took pictures after turning the sleeves inside out to show the defect. The customer service person was rude and denied they were defective. Very poor, dishonest customer service. I'll have to have Visa refund me since the company refuses to honor their own defective product policy

USITEM NEVER ARRIVED EVEN AFTER 19 DAYS Absolute rip-off company! Item ordered and hasnet arrived 19 days later. Lost in shipping. They will not refund or re-ship saying it now takes 3-4 weeks to Hawaii. That means these itiots put my package on a ship to HawaII. tHEY CHARGED ME 16 DOLLARS FOR THE SLOWEST SHIPPING SERVICE AVAILABEL. usps priority mail would have been 13.90! I will never order from them again. WARNING do not get ripped off by these guys. iTEM TRACKING NUMBER DISAPPEARED 9 DAYS AGO.
