Overall, pretty good. The product is great and certainly feels as one would expect, ( pretty close to the real thing in some respects). The problem is everything before and after the self pleasing. It's big and clunky and you have to clean it meticulously after use and prepare it before use and the last thing you want after a nice self pleasuring session is to then go clean something. The sensation is certainly better than your hand, but the hand is still the gold standard whereas when you have the time and can really do the prep the flesh light is a sometimes thing.

Defective products, refusing to refund They sent me products with manufacturing defects, hair in the packaging etc. The customer service staff has the intellectual ability of a subway sandwich, gives misleading instructions and is not interested in customer satisfaction. They tried to keep the returned products and my money. Chargeback with credit card company is sadly the only way to reach a resolution.

They frequently send you defective products, but don't always replace them Over the past year I have ordered 6 items from Fleshlight, 3 sleeves, 2 cases, and a drying unit. one of the cases and two of the sleeves were defective. This quality control is absolutely terrible and to top it all off, they only replaced one of the cases and a single sleeve. The last sleeve has significant deformations in the internal texture at the points that people like enough to purchase/recommend the sleeve. Upon sending them images of the internal texture being misshapen and significantly deformed at the exact points that I bought that very sleeve for they tried to claim that "The injection molding process sometimes has bubbles" or some corporate bs instead of just admitting that their product is defective and their quality control is crap. Amazing how they are willing to lost a $1000+ dollar customer over one replacement item.

Sometimes you have to treat yourself I keep a couple of Fleshlights with different textures and tightness handy because sometimes I just wanna exercise and get off when there's no partner at my fingertips. This product is excellent and never kisses you goodnight at the door. You can go for a quickie or work on your endurance- which will benefit your partners when you're called upon to be the hero. Very easy to keep clean, too. I recommend taking off the cap, standing it on the closed cover, and running hot water through it for a few minutes to warm it up. Soft, supple, and springy- the closest to the real thing you'll find anywhere.

Almost 3 weeks and customer service won’t answer. I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!
