Don’t spend your money unless you like throwing money away and being ignored when receiving faulty items! Initial enquiry response good (they want your money) After receiving product - quickshot launch, the item was faulty out of the box, £140 item not working out of the box is just incredibly bad, first response from company was generic. I sent email with video evidence as requested to prove item was faulty. Since then I have sent 9 or more emails to request a refund and that I will ship item back, no response. Truly shocking! Hence the poor review, if I could leave a zero score I would. Very poor service and would advise people to not buy anything from fleshlight directly. Unless you like throwing money away.

Here is a company that cares nothing… Here is a company that cares nothing for its customers. It doesn't matter how many times you write them asking for sales help. They will never respond. Secondly, this company cares nothing about men with larger than average sized 'units'. I have written them a couple of times because I have bought 3 Fleshlights and all of them are too small and uncomfortable to use. I asked them what was the largest inside diameter mens toy that they have, and I never got a reply. Waited a couple of weeks, then sent another one. No, their email isn't in junk or spam, they just refuse to help. It is worth mentioning that there is an untapped market in the mens sex toy category. Guys like me with a 6.5 inch diameter 'unit' are left out in the cold because most sex toys are made for the average man. But if you look online about this problem, you can guess there are probably millions of us that are frustrated with this.
