I really love the cockring however the vibro it uses seem to drain batteries super fast and also is quite finicky (doesn't even use the button just twist and it's on.) and the flestlight has a not so stable setup in which the sleeve sing in and goes crooked in which the plastic can scrape up your penis unless adjusted (which in the heat of the moment is quite a pain). so if I could go back I would just buy the cockring with additional vibros.

Customer service is horrible. They have a good product. But that doesn't excuse the horrible customer service. Approach their customer service staff as if they are impaired 3 year olds. They can't even take simple instructions that are standard for any reputable shipping company. These guys are spare parts. Get a real customer service team because the level of idiocy is hurting your bottom line.

Also, they don't take returns or issue refunds, so once you've discovered how inadequate this product is, you're stuck with it. Well, I guess the case could make for an interesting vase. I purchased the Turbo Thrust, copper, and found it offered little to no special feeling.

Almost 3 weeks and customer service won’t answer. I ordered a Riley Reid quick shot on Oct 18 and I am now at November 5th and my order hasn’t been processed, customer service doesn’t answer their phones and do not reply to their emails. It is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. There is no way to cancel the order or anything. I’m gonna have to report fraud to my bank or something!
