GBThere is no accountability I have been writing to customer service for over 5 years, and no response. I finally lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago - No response! My profile said that I was Persian, but I'm not. I tried for months to change it, writing them frequently, but no response. Eventually, it was fixed. In the past year, when I post a picture, it either cuts off half my face, or appears rotated to the side. I go and fix it manually, but then it appears wrong again. Many people have this problem, as you can see when scrolling the thumbnails. You can write customer service 10 times over, and you will not receive any response. The fact that they didn't even response to the complaint with the Better Business Bureau is alarming.

GBTheir Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT Their Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. I have messaged them numerous times the past few months and still have not received a reply. I found an email address on the web, emailed them, and a bot replied. I replied to the bot email, and yes, I'm still waiting for that reply. I no longer receive the types of email that I previously received regularly, on a weekly basis, ie matches, etc. The only emails I receive from JWed are the ones that are Advertisements to upgrade my account. Why would I upgrade my account when their customer service is non-existent ? I have no plans to waste any more money by renewing my membership unless there is a dramatic turnaround of their customer service. JWED, don't waste my time by replying with your excuses. Based on the other reviews I've read here, I'm not alone.

ILI have written over a dozen letters to… I have written over a dozen letters to customer service and have not received even 1 reply or acknowledgment other than automatically generated responses assuring me that someone will be in contact with me in a day. The "DAY" is now 2 weeks. I am not sure there is a customer support team as claimed. People come to a dating site in a somewhat vulnerable state, making themselves public with hopes of connecting to their "other." If the comments below are the general view of the site, JWED is failing miserably despite their grandiose claims to the contrary. At this point I have nothing but empathy for the other people disappointed in the experience. If someone from JWED contacts me and deals with my questions/issues with the site satisfactorily I am more than happy to write a letter of praise. Until that happens, they have taken my $ for a PLUS account and I have seen nothing in return.

ILMet some very interesting and genuine… Met some very interesting and genuine singles on this service. I predominantly use the website, but of late their app as well. Could be some upgrades to their app, but nonetheless has a good interface. As a Jewish single, seeking to meet someone Jewish, I have found the site to provide the type of people I am looking for. That said, inevitably not everyone is who they say they are – but when I have found someone suspicious, I have contacted JWed directly and they have taken action.

GBSPAMMERS! SPAMMERS! if you once ever subscribed they’ll resubscirbe you without permission and then it’s Impossible to unsubscribe. The email buttons don’t work!! And once you click on to try this they then SPAM you more - 10 emails in a day! Post Frumster response: Yes this is a real person - sent through the webmaser for our domain (as is our procedure on receiving persistant spam). No idea what I'm talking about? Can you not check how many emails you send out ? In response to wasting my time with SPAM your choice is to simply get angry with me?? Nice. And since posting this review yesterday, yet loads more 'Exclusive Limited Time 40% Special' offer emails. The more one tries and unsubscribe the more emails I get...It's a joke. To be absolutely clear. When you click the 'Unsubscribe' button on these emails you're taken to a subscription page with no informaton where then asked to 'complete' it (!) with no unsubscribe options available. This is the very opposite of Unsubscribe options. Your systems clearly have issues. You send no emails to members...what's this then?? Here's the copy from the email: Hi , As an active member, JWed would like to offer you a limited time exclusive 40% discount on a Premium Subscription, enabling you to communicate with all members. In addition, we offer a discounted $9.95 for a Basic Subscription, enabling you to reply to messages. Both these discounts expire in 48hours. We wish you only best success in Finding Your Chosen One! Kind regards, The JWed Customer Care Team ------------------------------------------ Don't remember wanting this service in the first place. But either way just unsubscribe rather than argue. The webmaster for our domain has now sent a request to the email you note above with this request. How about an apology now.... do the decent thing!
