GBI have been using JWed for many years… I have been using JWed for many years as a tool to find my match. They attract a wide rang of members giving many possible matches. JWed also has grown with the times and has added new features to make searching user friendly. They also have added the option for guidance to their singles from professionals. They share stories of success that are inspiring for those of us who are still searching. All in all JWed is a useful website / app to helping singles meet!

GBThe administration is worse than diabolical I am writing this terrible review, because I found it very difficult to cancel my membership ... kept getting charged, despite the fact that I sent numerous e mails and messages, begging them to cancel my profile and refund me for 4 unwanted months. Never got a reply. Absolutely useless. I paid through the website and not through Apple Pay, this was why it was so hard to cancel. DO NOT PAY THROUGH THE WEBSITE,

CAWrongful debits and no communication JWed mistakenly charged me $41.18 CAD on 11 May 2023 and $41.11 CAD on 9 June 2023. I had deactivated my account on 24 February 2023. I had thought my deactivation automatically cancelled my subscription to the supplemental “contact any member” service. When I was later charged $21.26 CAD on 15 March 2023 for this service I contacted JWed and learned that this was not the case. I therefore had them cancel this supplemental service. And that was that, I thought. I was therefore puzzled by a charge in May. On 17 May 2023 “Dahlia” sent me the following: Hi….We appreciate you reaching out to JWed.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This was a bug that has since been fixed. Your account will be refunded. Not only was my account not refunded but JWed charged me a second time in June. They then ignored my texts and chat. I even tried to contact them by telephone. A recorded message directed me back to online “support.” I therefore decided to reactivate my account in order to see if I could do something at my end. Lo and behold, I found that my auto-renewal was still on! JWed had told me via chat that they would cancel it after my first complaint in March. Obviously they never did. Hence these erroneous charges. Absolutely distrustful of JWed I was then forced to cancel the credit card I had on file with them. That is apparently the only solution to a problem of this kind. I liked JWed before this disappointing incident. I have wasted a lot of my time over it. Beware!

GBThere is no accountability I have been writing to customer service for over 5 years, and no response. I finally lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago - No response! My profile said that I was Persian, but I'm not. I tried for months to change it, writing them frequently, but no response. Eventually, it was fixed. In the past year, when I post a picture, it either cuts off half my face, or appears rotated to the side. I go and fix it manually, but then it appears wrong again. Many people have this problem, as you can see when scrolling the thumbnails. You can write customer service 10 times over, and you will not receive any response. The fact that they didn't even response to the complaint with the Better Business Bureau is alarming.

GBTheir Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT Their Customer Service is NON-EXISTENT. I have messaged them numerous times the past few months and still have not received a reply. I found an email address on the web, emailed them, and a bot replied. I replied to the bot email, and yes, I'm still waiting for that reply. I no longer receive the types of email that I previously received regularly, on a weekly basis, ie matches, etc. The only emails I receive from JWed are the ones that are Advertisements to upgrade my account. Why would I upgrade my account when their customer service is non-existent ? I have no plans to waste any more money by renewing my membership unless there is a dramatic turnaround of their customer service. JWED, don't waste my time by replying with your excuses. Based on the other reviews I've read here, I'm not alone.
