CANon-existent Customer Service! The free account is indeed free but messaging is impossible with it. So I upgraded to paid membership ("Standard") and contacted several potential matches but they either didn't receive my messages or they did but were unable to read them or reply [impossible to know] - unless they upgraded to Standard as well. In order to remedy this, I myself would need to further upgrade to "Plus" (at an extra charge, of course). It's a silly, complicated system - and the worst part was [and is!] that JWed's customer service is NONEXISTENT. Their phone number is unattended - there is just a voice message requesting to e-mail them with any questions. I e-mailed them 6 (six) times and got no reply. What a bunch of lazy, unprofessional dorks.

CAWrongful debits and no communication JWed mistakenly charged me $41.18 CAD on 11 May 2023 and $41.11 CAD on 9 June 2023. I had deactivated my account on 24 February 2023. I had thought my deactivation automatically cancelled my subscription to the supplemental “contact any member” service. When I was later charged $21.26 CAD on 15 March 2023 for this service I contacted JWed and learned that this was not the case. I therefore had them cancel this supplemental service. And that was that, I thought. I was therefore puzzled by a charge in May. On 17 May 2023 “Dahlia” sent me the following: Hi….We appreciate you reaching out to JWed.Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This was a bug that has since been fixed. Your account will be refunded. Not only was my account not refunded but JWed charged me a second time in June. They then ignored my texts and chat. I even tried to contact them by telephone. A recorded message directed me back to online “support.” I therefore decided to reactivate my account in order to see if I could do something at my end. Lo and behold, I found that my auto-renewal was still on! JWed had told me via chat that they would cancel it after my first complaint in March. Obviously they never did. Hence these erroneous charges. Absolutely distrustful of JWed I was then forced to cancel the credit card I had on file with them. That is apparently the only solution to a problem of this kind. I liked JWed before this disappointing incident. I have wasted a lot of my time over it. Beware!

GBSupport is non-existent. Website is not ADA Compliant I have tried to contact support via the website and via email regarding the font colors used. Light grey agsinst a white background. With vision issues, they refuse to make the correction to make the site ADA compliant,

ILI have written over a dozen letters to… I have written over a dozen letters to customer service and have not received even 1 reply or acknowledgment other than automatically generated responses assuring me that someone will be in contact with me in a day. The "DAY" is now 2 weeks. I am not sure there is a customer support team as claimed. People come to a dating site in a somewhat vulnerable state, making themselves public with hopes of connecting to their "other." If the comments below are the general view of the site, JWED is failing miserably despite their grandiose claims to the contrary. At this point I have nothing but empathy for the other people disappointed in the experience. If someone from JWED contacts me and deals with my questions/issues with the site satisfactorily I am more than happy to write a letter of praise. Until that happens, they have taken my $ for a PLUS account and I have seen nothing in return.
