GBThere is no accountability I have been writing to customer service for over 5 years, and no response. I finally lodged a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago - No response! My profile said that I was Persian, but I'm not. I tried for months to change it, writing them frequently, but no response. Eventually, it was fixed. In the past year, when I post a picture, it either cuts off half my face, or appears rotated to the side. I go and fix it manually, but then it appears wrong again. Many people have this problem, as you can see when scrolling the thumbnails. You can write customer service 10 times over, and you will not receive any response. The fact that they didn't even response to the complaint with the Better Business Bureau is alarming.

GBJWed used to be a great service but… JWed used to be a great service but now, it's awful. The website started acting up. Chat feature doesn't always work and there is ZERO customer service. I am so disappointed and frustrated. You can call. You can email. You can try online Customer Service. Complete waste of money. Lights on but nobody's home.

GBSupport is non-existent. Website is not ADA Compliant I have tried to contact support via the website and via email regarding the font colors used. Light grey agsinst a white background. With vision issues, they refuse to make the correction to make the site ADA compliant,

ILCompared to other sites Compared to other sites, my experience on Jwed has been great. I feel better knowing that the staff has actually looked at and approved the members, and I have spoken to some interesting people from a variety of places in the world. Not enough Jewish divorced men 50-60 but there never seems to be 🤣
