CAOur experience with Kuranda Dog Beds… Great beds and excellent customer service! Our experience with Kuranda Dog Beds couldn't have been better. We've just been using the beds at our boarding kennel for a short time now, but so far they seem strong and easy to clean. Customer service was amazing! Very prompt with replies to questions....there was a bit of a shipping mix up and it was dealt with immediately and we were so impressed with how generously we were compensated for the mixup! Excellent experience and will definitely order again if we need more beds.

CAWe have owned one of the extra large… We have owned one of the extra large beds for a dog for the last seven years. It is exceptional quality and we just love it. We just placed an order for a replacement nylon top because after seven years of cleaning it all the time it just needs to be replaced to look refreshed. Our customer service representative was absolutely amazing. Would recommend this company to anyone.

GBExcellent quality, highly recommended These raised beds are excellent quality, very durable, easy to assemble. I purchased 2 aluminum 50x36 with vinyl fabric specifically for the size. I have a 180 lb Alaskan malamute and 95 lb GSD and the beds are ideal size for these large breeds. I also purchased the corresponding fleece blankets which are super easy to clean. My dogs seem very comfortable laying on these beds. Excellent product!

CAThe customer service is excellent The customer service is excellent! I made an error with my order and contacted them. The response was immediate an, in turn, I even received a credit when buying in bulk, not realizing there was a pro site for businesses like mine. I have been purchasing Kuranda beds for 10 years. The quality is unlike any other company and we are still using those beds from 10 years ago! They are the safest and most durable beds on the market and worth every penny.

GBGreat engineering, but . . . Great engineering. It takes little strength to put this together. I did need help tightening the nuts, but no power tools were needed. The low score comes because the outdoor mesh is coated, so rainwater pools (and in winter freezes) rather than going through the mesh. This significantly increases drying time and makes this a less than useful outdoor winter bed. The fabric is also stretched tight with almost no give: my dog actually prefers the old Coolaroo bed which has a slight give (and is not as well engineered, is much cheaper, and the water flows through so the fabric dries in a more reasonable time).
