Excellent customer service Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

The response was immediate an, in turn, I even received a credit when buying in bulk, not realizing there was a pro site for businesses like mine. I have been purchasing Kuranda beds for 10 years. The quality is unlike any other company and we are still using those beds from 10 years ago! They are the safest and most durable beds on the market and worth every penny.

Very Friendly It sucks that they can't have orders to Canada online easily like the US as i have to pay for shipping dues. They gave me a quote letting me know shipping dues, and to call in to purchase. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and super polite.

Different Dog; Different Size Bed; Loves It Just as Much Without hesitation I had on my list to get a Kuranda bed for my new puppy — just had to wait until she walked into her new home. We practice the “place” command using her Kuranda. She hops up very willingly. I had to pay close attention to the instructions — had forgotten the tricks since it had been 6 years since I had purchased one. Then it came together. Thank you, Kuranda folks.

Great and sturdy dog/ puppy beds This was our first time buying from Kuranada. We have purchased many off the the ground/ raised dog beds in the past. They all failed or broke from the weight of our Rotties within the matter of months. So far we are very pleased at the quality and stability of your raised beds. Our Rottie loves laying on the bed. Living in Az our weather can be hard on animals. Whether here in the desert or in the mountains the air flow underneath really helps him indoors or outside in cooler conditions.
