Very Friendly It sucks that they can't have orders to Canada online easily like the US as i have to pay for shipping dues. They gave me a quote letting me know shipping dues, and to call in to purchase. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and super polite.

Product is great… BUT Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications. If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

Our lab puppy cannot chew the bed! The bed was easy to assemble and when completed was level and solid. We've had it for two months and am glad I purchased this model. Highly recommend it. We have a one year old chocolate lab that loves it.

Calming effect for Belgian Malinoit My Belgian Malinois suffers from separation anxiety and hates being in his crate. Since I added the Kuranda Bed ( after he used it in the kitchen for 2 weeks), I can actually leave him (currently) for about 45 minutes with no anxiety - he nestles into the bed in his crate and stays calm. It even attracts the cat when the crate door is open.
