Excellent customer service Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

Outstand service for problem assemby. I received almond beds that I could not get together. Had 3 beds. I spoke with Kai and could of times and once he knew how much time and effort I had spent on this he promptly offered to take them back and ship me 3 that all assembled. Couldn't ask for better service. Part of my assembly issue was probably a result of my arthritic hands.

Product is great… BUT Product is great. Holds up well. Very expensive. Would give a much higher rating other than their customer service SUCKS! Totally ignore communications. If your spending 250 for a dog bed it might be wise to locate someone who will communicate if they mess up your order

Very Friendly It sucks that they can't have orders to Canada online easily like the US as i have to pay for shipping dues. They gave me a quote letting me know shipping dues, and to call in to purchase. The gentleman was very friendly on the phone and super polite.

We have owned one of the extra large… We have owned one of the extra large beds for a dog for the last seven years. It is exceptional quality and we just love it. We just placed an order for a replacement nylon top because after seven years of cleaning it all the time it just needs to be replaced to look refreshed. Our customer service representative was absolutely amazing. Would recommend this company to anyone.
