Excellent customer service Over the years, I have ordered five extra large PVC Kuranda dog beds with pads and two kitty cots. After experiencing a slight difficulty with one of my kitty cots yesterday, I had occasion to contact the service department and was assisted by a young man named Christian. He was excellent and processed my order quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Kuranda products and services.

Raised cot bed Bought the raised platform cot/bed for our female who is having incontinence problems. Almost immediately she knew that was Her place & now sleeps in her bed rather than ours :) Quality is excellent, easy to keep clean including the optional washable pad which washes well & dries quickly.

Our experience with Kuranda Dog Beds… Great beds and excellent customer service! Our experience with Kuranda Dog Beds couldn't have been better. We've just been using the beds at our boarding kennel for a short time now, but so far they seem strong and easy to clean. Customer service was amazing! Very prompt with replies to questions....there was a bit of a shipping mix up and it was dealt with immediately and we were so impressed with how generously we were compensated for the mixup! Excellent experience and will definitely order again if we need more beds.

A 30# teenger of high status We bought a Kuranda bed for our boxer puppy when he was three months old, anticipating him full-grown at 50–60 lbs. The moment the little guy saw the new thing in the kitchen, he stepped up to explore. Now, two months later, our 30+ lb teenager divides his free time among the rag rug at the front door, the couch with his humans, and his two go-to personal spaces—his kitchen hut and the Kuranda bed. He looks like a little man of high status reclining in comfort in his private man cave or on his personal charpoy.
