Great product! I bought the red caboose and happy birthday engine to complete a name train set I already had for my granddaughter. I am very satisfied with the quality of my pieces and they are completely compatible with the other train set. I would highly recommend Alphabet Trains!

Absolutely love my son’s name train Absolutely love my son’s name train. The colors are just as pictured, the wood quality is great and I think it’s very reasonably priced! I might even splurge and get the whole alphabet if my son loves trains as he grows into a toddler. They are a fun toy and nice to look at so they don’t have that toy clutter feel that so many plastic toys have. Thanks for the great train!

Happy Customer We received an alphabet name train for our daughter as a gift and I loved it so much that I ordered three for my good friends who have childrens birthdays coming up. Through a mail delivery mix up, I did not receive my package right away, and after emailing the company my concern, Frank offered to replace my order. In the end, my package was retrieved, but I am still pleasantly surprised with their generous company policy. Good job on keeping your customers happy! 5 stars Saw this in a Vermont store while traveling, wanted it for a 3 year old’s birthday present, but I needed a letter not in stock at that store. This merchant is the manufacturer. Prompt delivery, good price, sturdy construction, pleasing appearance and appropriate size— fits other wood toy tracks. It was a big hit! 5 stars

Duplicate color, duplicate letter not the same size The train is cute, but two of the six letters are the same color (I was hoping they would all be different). And the name has two “L”s in it which are side by side. One is larger than the other, noticeable to my eye. The order arrived quickly and I think it will be a nice addition to my grandson’s bedroom. After seeing my comments about the one letter being smaller, the company responded by replacing that letter. It looks great with the others. Thank you, Alphabet Trains.
