GBCompany needs better customer service options Received the Puzzle stool from Alphabet Train today February 26. Pretty disappointed with my purchase, the name on stool is a Boys name (it's an obvious boys name). Alphabet Train uses pink color for the 1st letter and the last letter! Rest of the name has boy colors. They have no section on their site so you can special request colors. They only paint the top of the letters and not the sides. Placed order 1/7/24, have heard nothing from Company Alphabet-Trains. I have called twice and get no response and I sent an email with no reply. Now their website is acting flaky, will not let you sign in. Just need to when order will be ready to ship. So far would not recommend this company. Edit review 2/22/24: Alphabet-Train responded to my review and they are working on order. Thank you for getting back to me. I realize it would take time to complete the stool but being able to communicate to Alphabet-Train's customer service would be an asset. Thank you.

GBHappy Customer We received an alphabet name train for our daughter as a gift and I loved it so much that I ordered three for my good friends who have childrens birthdays coming up. Through a mail delivery mix up, I did not receive my package right away, and after emailing the company my concern, Frank offered to replace my order. In the end, my package was retrieved, but I am still pleasantly surprised with their generous company policy. Good job on keeping your customers happy! I will definitely make future gift orders and recommend them!

GBI had to return the trains for a… I had to return the trains for a refund. All of them expect one either had the paint chipped, or one of them had green paint on the yellow car, the engine had a ding in the front of it where you could see the exposed wood, etc. Not at all the quality that I expected. The transference of paint wouldn't be caused by this, but the dings might-and that is they weren't rapped tightly or individually with bubble wrap. One piece of it was wrapped around all of them. In shipping it had dislodged and they just banged together. Needs a lot of work on at least the shipping and quality control as well. Shouldn't have green paint on a yellow car.

CAGreat toy, efficient and caring service The train arrived across the border quickly, in perfect condition. Two letters of the same colour have to be positioned closer together than I liked. Other than that it's perfect and still looks great. The shipping charge cross border was reasonable at $9.99. I had formerly purchased (in Canada) a train from this company for each of my 7 grandkids as they were born The trains are no longer sold where I live. So I was willing to pay the adjusted rate in Canadian funds. Just a heads up to Canadians: UPS will waive customs fees if you contact this wonderful train company. But be sure to do that.

GBThe trains look great The trains look great! I ordered two. One for my son and one for daughter who will be born soon. I requested specific colors and they did it for me. They're slightly less expensive than other places I found selling these and still the same quality. It's nice they fit on standard train tracks too so you don't have to buy special ones. They showed up in ten days so not very long a wait either. Highly recommend.
