Great toy, efficient and caring service The train arrived across the border quickly, in perfect condition. Two letters of the same colour have to be positioned closer together than I liked. Other than that it's perfect and still looks great. The shipping charge cross border was reasonable at $9.99. I had formerly purchased (in Canada) a train from this company for each of my 7 grandkids as they were born The trains are no longer sold where I live. So I was willing to pay the adjusted rate in Canadian funds. Just a heads up to Canadians: UPS will waive customs fees if you contact this wonderful train company. But be sure to do that.

Customer service should not send a… Customer service should not send a Final review email before item is finished and shipped. Also, it took 2 phone messages and an email to get a reply from customer service. Craftmanship would have earned you a 5 but customer service needs work.

I had to return the trains for a… I had to return the trains for a refund. All of them expect one either had the paint chipped, or one of them had green paint on the yellow car, the engine had a ding in the front of it where you could see the exposed wood, etc. Not at all the quality that I expected. The transference of paint wouldn't be caused by this, but the dings might-and that is they weren't rapped tightly or individually with bubble wrap. One piece of it was wrapped around all of them. In shipping it had dislodged and they just banged together. Needs a lot of work on at least the shipping and quality control as well. Shouldn't have green paint on a yellow car.

The name Bridgerpuzzle board was beautiful The name puzzle board was beautiful! Quality workmanship on the cutting, painting and finishing. My 2-year old is already learning his colors and knows how to put the pieces together. Before long, we’ll teach him letters and how to spell his name. A great gift!
