I'm very happy with this purchase! I'm very happy with this purchase! It's exactly as described and very good quality. The delivery was super fast and the response to my questions from customer service was immediate. They also spotted a mistake I made in the order and emailed me about it right away. Customer service really went above and beyond. Highly recommended company and product. Now my "go to" place for baby gifts!

Duplicate color, duplicate letter not the same size The train is cute, but two of the six letters are the same color (I was hoping they would all be different). And the name has two “L”s in it which are side by side. One is larger than the other, noticeable to my eye. The order arrived quickly and I think it will be a nice addition to my grandson’s bedroom. After seeing my comments about the one letter being smaller, the company responded by replacing that letter. It looks great with the others. Thank you, Alphabet Trains.
