I just purchased the modern doll house… I just purchased the modern doll house for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. As I was putting it together, I thought I was missing a crucial piece so I immediately reached out to customer service. Chris responded to me quickly and helped me locate the missing piece that was still tucked away in the packaging. He even sent me a diagram and picture of where exactly the piece was in the packaging. Thank you, Chris for your quick response and help!
