Customer service is fantastic Customer service is fantastic. I had to email the company about a shipping issue with a product I bought but it was lost in the mail because it wasn’t being tracked. Customer Service got back with me in 24 hours with a tracking number and delivered before I expected it and followed up with me excellent excellent customer service. Thank you.

Beautiful modern spin on the classic wooden doll house. Dollhouse was fresh and bright-looking, with lots of small details to add charm, like a tiny wooden hanging toy over the crib, or the mid-century art and life fixtures. The dolls can be easily swapped for more playability.

great customer service Although our dollhouse came with broken and warped pieces, Tinylands customer service was fabulous. They offered to send me pieces as well as give a break in the price I paid. Within second of messaging them I had a response and in an hour had a confirmation email for the replacements. They are very committed to helping out their customer and I was incredibly impressed by their willingness to remedy the situation.

Haven’t received the item yet but I had… Haven’t received the item yet but I had a snafoo which was completely my fault…I didn’t switch the shipping address when I purchased my item. I immediately saw what I did and sent out an email which Annie from customer service got back to me in a most timely matter and fixed my mistake…and in a Sunday to boot! So far tiny land customer service gets 5 stars!!!
