I just purchased the modern doll house… I just purchased the modern doll house for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. As I was putting it together, I thought I was missing a crucial piece so I immediately reached out to customer service. Chris responded to me quickly and helped me locate the missing piece that was still tucked away in the packaging. He even sent me a diagram and picture of where exactly the piece was in the packaging. Thank you, Chris for your quick response and help! The doll house was super easy to assemble and I can’t wait for my granddaughter to enjoy this cute little house for years to come.

I received the product I ordered very… I received the product I ordered very quickly. It was boxed securely. The direction were very good to put it together. My granddaughter love the walker.

great customer service Although our dollhouse came with broken and warped pieces, Tinylands customer service was fabulous. They offered to send me pieces as well as give a break in the price I paid. Within second of messaging them I had a response and in an hour had a confirmation email for the replacements. They are very committed to helping out their customer and I was incredibly impressed by their willingness to remedy the situation.

Haven’t receive my order since 17 days… Haven’t receive my order since 17 days ago that I made my order. I contacted costumer service and mention they will look into it. But haven’t received no reply again. I’m very disappointed

Never got order and being denied refund Never received my order and tracking information shows order has not left warehouse. Customer service has been giving me a run around for refund after I asked to have this order cancelled after seeing it had not shipped last week. Looks like I’ll have to escalate this by reporting it as fraud to my credit card since I have not been sent a replacement or refund!
