Ball Pit! Tiny Land has done a fantastic job ensuring that I was satisfied with the product purchased. While I wish it was more firm this kids still enjoy the ball pit more than ever!

Amazing Customer Experience My daughter received a beautiful little kitchen as a Christmas gift this year. When we went to build it we discovered we had two of the same panels when we should have 2 different ones. Normally this would result in a poor review, but I contacted TinyLand support through FB messenger and they responded immediately. Life got hectic, and I didn’t get back to them with the information needed to send the replacement until 2 months later. They didn’t need me to restate my issue, and never closed the ticket. They picked right back up where we had left off, and had everything wrapped up in less than an hour. We should have a replacement panel in under a week. I just had to hop on here and say what an outstanding experience I had with the customer service. Thank you so much!!! Our little girl is going to be over the moon once we can finally put her kitchen together.

We have a few Tiny Land Products and we… We have a few Tiny Land Products and we absolutely love them. The quality is outstanding. My 8 month old loves the walker and our 3 year old loves the train set. They play with them daily. I personally love the playmat. It's so easy to clean!

I just purchased the modern doll house… I just purchased the modern doll house for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. As I was putting it together, I thought I was missing a crucial piece so I immediately reached out to customer service. Chris responded to me quickly and helped me locate the missing piece that was still tucked away in the packaging. He even sent me a diagram and picture of where exactly the piece was in the packaging. Thank you, Chris for your quick response and help! The doll house was super easy to assemble and I can’t wait for my granddaughter to enjoy this cute little house for years to come.
