Never got order and being denied refund Never received my order and tracking information shows order has not left warehouse. Customer service has been giving me a run around for refund after I asked to have this order cancelled after seeing it had not shipped last week. Looks like I’ll have to escalate this by reporting it as fraud to my credit card since I have not been sent a replacement or refund!

Beautiful modern spin on the classic wooden doll house. Dollhouse was fresh and bright-looking, with lots of small details to add charm, like a tiny wooden hanging toy over the crib, or the mid-century art and life fixtures. The dolls can be easily swapped for more playability.

I immediately saw what I did and sent out an email which Annie from customer service got back to me in a most timely matter and fixed my mistake…and in a Sunday to boot! So far tiny land customer service gets 5 stars!!!

After sharing my pictures and talking to customer service, they provided me with a small refund to compensate me for my troubles. They took time to hear me out and I appreciate their prompt response. So pretty and cute Baby isn’t here yet but I’ll definitely order more stuff when she arrives. Great quality and easy to put together. Customer service is top notch
