BUY IT, IT’S ADORABLE! The perfect play kitchen for our Granddaughter who just turned 1! She has been cooking up a storm, cutting veggies, and loving all the sounds this adorable kitchen makes! The ice cube dispenser is a huge hit! I highly recommend this little kitchen, quality product at a very reasonable price. Assembly by Gramps took about 30 minutes (helps that he’s an engineer)!! 5 Stars!!

Amazing Customer Experience My daughter received a beautiful little kitchen as a Christmas gift this year. When we went to build it we discovered we had two of the same panels when we should have 2 different ones. Normally this would result in a poor review, but I contacted TinyLand support through FB messenger and they responded immediately. Life got hectic, and I didn’t get back to them with the information needed to send the replacement until 2 months later. They didn’t need me to restate my issue, and never closed the ticket. They picked right back up where we had left off, and had everything wrapped up in less than an hour. We should have a replacement panel in under a week. I just had to hop on here and say what an outstanding experience I had with the customer service. Thank you so much!!! Our little girl is going to be over the moon once we can finally put her kitchen together.

Pikler Set after sales 5* Loved their Pikler triangle set we got from Amazon. In our house move tho we lost one of the bolt pieces. After a quick reply to an email inquiry I was able to get a replacement part for $12. So thankful for great after sales customer support.

Terrible customer service and warranty policy Fort kit was given as a gift at Christmas and was defective out of the box. When we contacted the company, their "warranty" only covers 30 days - which is ridiculous given that they should last more than 30 days even if we did open them before then. They did offer to send 10 new sticks and balls but when they arrived, we were required to pay duties on it in the amount of $73.49... I could have just bought another kit for cheaper than this. Still waiting on a response from them regarding a reimbursement and it has been 5 (business) days. Incredibly disappointed and will not be buying from them again.
