GBAmazing Customer Experience My daughter received a beautiful little kitchen as a Christmas gift this year. When we went to build it we discovered we had two of the same panels when we should have 2 different ones. Normally this would result in a poor review, but I contacted TinyLand support through FB messenger and they responded immediately. Life got hectic, and I didn’t get back to them with the information needed to send the replacement until 2 months later. They didn’t need me to restate my issue, and never closed the ticket. They picked right back up where we had left off, and had everything wrapped up in less than an hour. We should have a replacement panel in under a week. I just had to hop on here and say what an outstanding experience I had with the customer service. Thank you so much!!! Our little girl is going to be over the moon once we can finally put her kitchen together.

GBI received the product I ordered very… I received the product I ordered very quickly. It was boxed securely. The direction were very good to put it together. My granddaughter love the walker.

GBHaven’t receive my order since 17 days… Haven’t receive my order since 17 days ago that I made my order. I contacted costumer service and mention they will look into it. But haven’t received no reply again. I’m very disappointed

GBPikler Set after sales 5* Loved their Pikler triangle set we got from Amazon. In our house move tho we lost one of the bolt pieces. After a quick reply to an email inquiry I was able to get a replacement part for $12. So thankful for great after sales customer support.

GBNot only was the kitchen months delayed… Not only was the kitchen months delayed in shipping when I ordered it (even though it showed in stock when I purchased) the quality of the kitchen iron horrible. It took me hours to set up, comes in millions of parts and over 30 steps. My son who is 2 years old and plays very gently was playing with the kitchen and the part where the espresso maker is shaped and the shelf on the left snapped. It's like IKEA plywood material. I emailed customer support and received no response. Definitely not worth the money and I requested a refund, and no response from Tiny Land.
