Customer Service got back with me in 24 hours with a tracking number and delivered before I expected it and followed up with me excellent excellent customer service. Thank you.

GBHaven’t received the item yet but I had… Haven’t received the item yet but I had a snafoo which was completely my fault…I didn’t switch the shipping address when I purchased my item. I immediately saw what I did and sent out an email which Annie from customer service got back to me in a most timely matter and fixed my mistake…and in a Sunday to boot! So far tiny land customer service gets 5 stars!!!

GBHaven’t receive my order since 17 days… Haven’t receive my order since 17 days ago that I made my order. I contacted costumer service and mention they will look into it. But haven’t received no reply again. I’m very disappointed

GBNever got order and being denied refund Never received my order and tracking information shows order has not left warehouse. Customer service has been giving me a run around for refund after I asked to have this order cancelled after seeing it had not shipped last week. Looks like I’ll have to escalate this by reporting it as fraud to my credit card since I have not been sent a replacement or refund!

GBWe have a few Tiny Land Products and we… We have a few Tiny Land Products and we absolutely love them. The quality is outstanding. My 8 month old loves the walker and our 3 year old loves the train set. They play with them daily. I personally love the playmat. It's so easy to clean!
