Excellent product. Extraordinary customer service. First off, the product is fantastic. Secondly, the customer service is extraordinary. I received a Baby K’Tan as a gift off my registry but my friend purchased the wrong color. When I wrote customer service to see if I could discreetly exchange it (without letting my friend know I was trading it in) they were incredibly gracious and allowed me to keep the gifted one and also sent the color I had wanted. Super impressed with this company!

My experience My carrier was originally too small. Customer service was very helpful with the tips they gave. However it was still too small after trying they’re suggestions. They sent me a new one when their suggestions were still not enough. The new carrier fits and baby is very happy being in it. Would definitely recommend this carrier to others!

Terrible Return Policy (pay for your own return shipping) I attempted buying this product from amazon originally to get my free returns. It never arrived. Forced to buy via direct to consumer website and after product didn’t even get opened wanted to return and I had to pay for the return mailing with tracking ($15). Dissatisfied that all I got via email was essentially a “too bad” read our websites return policy. Over 25% not recovered of my money because of the return policy. Wouldn’t choose to shop via website again.

Very happy:) When I reached out to the company to ask for an exchange, they provided extensive information on fit and double checked that I had the correct size, which I did. They provided tips and also offer a fit consultation. Their customer service is excellent and they responded to each of my emails within 24hrs. I was able to comfortably use my k'tan with my son and we both love it.
