GBGreat product Very quick shipping. I didn’t trust the size chart at first, but it’s definitely correct. At first, baby did not like it one bit. But I followed the instructions and stayed calm and kept trying, now he falls asleep immediately on my chest (still doing hug position, last check he didn’t like kangaroo). This is a huge help. Thank you!

GBToo small. Unhelpful customer service. Using the size guide and going by my prepregnancy size, I purchased a small. It arrived and was a little too small for me now, even after stretching. I can put my newborn baby in it with difficulty, but he’s so high I can’t lower him enough to breastfeed. I emailed about it instead of immediately returning it (as requested on a sheet in the box), and was told to try stretching it more.

GBTerrible Return Policy (pay for your own return shipping) I attempted buying this product from amazon originally to get my free returns. It never arrived. Forced to buy via direct to consumer website and after product didn’t even get opened wanted to return and I had to pay for the return mailing with tracking ($15). Dissatisfied that all I got via email was essentially a “too bad” read our websites return policy. Over 25% not recovered of my money because of the return policy. Wouldn’t choose to shop via website again.

I spent hours researching carriers, and the more hours trying tonpickf the right kind of Ktan and this organic one seems perfect for pur Summer Solstice baby girl, It is so light and soft , yet I can see the quality and firmness of the material. I will update the review once the baby is here but so far, I am thrilled.
