I will update the review once the baby is here but so far, I am thrilled.

GBGreat product Very quick shipping. I didn’t trust the size chart at first, but it’s definitely correct. At first, baby did not like it one bit. But I followed the instructions and stayed calm and kept trying, now he falls asleep immediately on my chest (still doing hug position, last check he didn’t like kangaroo). This is a huge help. GBVery happy:) When I reached out to the company to ask for an exchange, they provided extensive information on fit and double checked that I had the correct size, which I did. They provided tips and also offer a fit consultation. Their customer service is excellent and they responded to each of my emails within 24hrs. I was able to comfortably use my k'tan with my son and we both love it.

GBPoor advice and bad return policy I was between jacket size recommendations for their carriers. It's advised to go a size below in this situation which I did. The carrier was too small for me, even without baby. Their return policy is not up-to-par with the market standard of providing a return label, which costs me more time and money for following their, albeit, poor/incorrect advice. I would not recommend overall.
