Ababy.Com fradulent shipping advertising and charges So I order 2 matress and sheets for a baby bassinet. I ordered it on wednesday at roughly 3PM and paid for next day air as we have twins that have a hard bassinet bottom and no cover. I then get a UPS notice saying it would be here 'next' wednesday or a week later after I piad 32.00 for overnight shipping. I finally get a reply from this idiot Hude and here is what he said exactly as I will cut and paste: "Hello, I want to clarify that overnight shipping means with the carrier- that UPS will deliver it within one day. For expedited processing, you would reach out to us right after placing the order so we could let the warehouse know that you need it to ship quick. I apologize for the misunderstanding, but I will refund you $15 off the shipping." I got the UPS notice it would be here wednesday on friday the 19th so that makes no sense and he dare say he would only refund half? Products look ok but it is being ran by tight wades with no customer service, you have been warned.

Perfect! ABaby was sooo fast in making our custom moses basket mattress. The mattress fit absolutely perfectly in the basket and our son is really comfortable in it - one of his favorite places to be now!

I was following the size and… I was following the size and measurement guidelines and still the liner/skirt for bassinet did not fit my bassinet.

Can't Seem to Get It Right! For the second time, we ordered a custom oval mattress and sent a template to ensure the shape would be correct. For the second time, we received a mattress that was as much as 5 inches shorter than what we ordered. We even discussed it over the phone. Maddening!
