worst eshop experience I placed my order on February 1st. I still haven't received anything. I have tried to contact, I have emailed and have not received any response. Τhe reason i'm writing this review is to protect other people from being scammed.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order… I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order and when I did the trainers I ordered where no longer available, still waiting on my refund, never again

I had a staff member called Adam who… I had a staff member called Adam who helped me at Threads today and he was amazing service was 10/10 looking forward to my next shop at Threads thank you Adam for all your help

This company is ridiculous I don’t… This company is ridiculous I don’t think they’re aware that they are breaching consumer rights! If I could give No stars I would. I placed an order for my son on the 15/3/2024 still have yet to receive. I have sent email after email with no response! I have sent an email cancelling my order which they haven’t done and I have the right to cancel my order within the 14 day time frame! They have no working landline number which I find strange! If they were not a 4 hour drive away I would of definitely gone to the store. Honestly times are so hard and to rob people of their hard earned Money is really unfair! I will do my best to take this further.
