Returns not clear My order arrived in good time although rather stuffed into a small bag for an expensive pair of trousers. The material was not at all what I was expecting which happens with an online purchase. I looked for their returns system- looks like there isn't one, just a returns address (at your expense), no form or anything to put with it. I emailed their Customer Service to check this was correct and haven't had any reply. They certainly aren't encouraging returns, or in this case return custom.

Some reviews give you the jitters but..... I was a little worried about placing my order (online) after reading the previous reviews but couldn't have been happier with the service. Saved a fortune on my new jacket and (after opting for express shipping) my order was delivered in less than 24 hours! It was very well packaged too with a very posh hanger thrown in for free :-) I think it's always important to remember that people rightly like to have a moan when things go wrong but there are lots of customers who do have a good experience. I hope this review gives a little more reassurance to potential shoppers.

worst eshop experience I placed my order on February 1st. I still haven't received anything. I have tried to contact, I have emailed and have not received any response. Τhe reason i'm writing this review is to protect other people from being scammed.

May aswell throw your money away Ordered a dress for my daughters birthday, still havnt received it it says 1-4 working days for delivery item isnt even saying its been dispatched her birthday has been and gone, ive emailed countless times and shock no reply..please don't order from here. Wished I would or read reviews before hand. £110 down the drain.
