Returns not clear My order arrived in good time although rather stuffed into a small bag for an expensive pair of trousers. The material was not at all what I was expecting which happens with an online purchase. I looked for their returns system- looks like there isn't one, just a returns address (at your expense), no form or anything to put with it. I emailed their Customer Service to check this was correct and haven't had any reply. They certainly aren't encouraging returns, or in this case return custom.

Shop elsewhere Ordered a gift from this site and 3 weeks later it hasn’t arrived. Order confirmed and money left my account. No update to say it had been dispatched. Contacted customer services who said it would be delivered by a certain date, no surprises that it hasn’t turned up! Now trying to get my money back… Avoid!

Some reviews give you the jitters but..... I was a little worried about placing my order (online) after reading the previous reviews but couldn't have been happier with the service. Saved a fortune on my new jacket and (after opting for express shipping) my order was delivered in less than 24 hours! It was very well packaged too with a very posh hanger thrown in for free :-) I think it's always important to remember that people rightly like to have a moan when things go wrong but there are lots of customers who do have a good experience. I hope this review gives a little more reassurance to potential shoppers.

This company is ridiculous I don’t… This company is ridiculous I don’t think they’re aware that they are breaching consumer rights! If I could give No stars I would. I placed an order for my son on the 15/3/2024 still have yet to receive. I have sent email after email with no response! I have sent an email cancelling my order which they haven’t done and I have the right to cancel my order within the 14 day time frame! They have no working landline number which I find strange! If they were not a 4 hour drive away I would of definitely gone to the store. Honestly times are so hard and to rob people of their hard earned Money is really unfair! I will do my best to take this further.

I ordered some jeans which were… I ordered some jeans which were promised delivery within 5 days .The days came and went and then I was told they were coming via post office special delivery which again didn’t happen.I mentioned that I would cancel if they couldn’t deliver and they immediately cancelled the order without even attempting to send it.Very poor service indeed!
