GBBeach Mice I have already written a review explaining that I did not receive my package and had to chase it twice. It arrived eventually but no apology was given . It missed my granddaughter’s birthday and I asked for a refund but ended up with a redundant present.

GBSome reviews give you the jitters but..... I was a little worried about placing my order (online) after reading the previous reviews but couldn't have been happier with the service. Saved a fortune on my new jacket and (after opting for express shipping) my order was delivered in less than 24 hours! It was very well packaged too with a very posh hanger thrown in for free :-) I think it's always important to remember that people rightly like to have a moan when things go wrong but there are lots of customers who do have a good experience. I hope this review gives a little more reassurance to potential shoppers.

GBProblem initially due to move in location witch was handled and resolved with consideration. Thanks. Purchased a pair of trainers for nearly £300 on 7 April and due to a move in location. There was a mix up in availability. Despite an initial delay in communication, the item was refunded and additional discount was provided as compensation on my next item. The shop has a lot of high quality menswear at very competitive prices. Adam handled my query and i have to say, he was very helpful and customer focused.

GBI ordered some jeans which were… I ordered some jeans which were promised delivery within 5 days .The days came and went and then I was told they were coming via post office special delivery which again didn’t happen.I mentioned that I would cancel if they couldn’t deliver and they immediately cancelled the order without even attempting to send it.Very poor service indeed!

GBI waited nearly 3 weeks for my order… I waited nearly 3 weeks for my order and when I did the trainers I ordered where no longer available, still waiting on my refund, never again
