Excellent customer service! I’ve ordered several times and everything is always so cute and great quality! I love the rompers because they can last 2 seasons, sometimes longer. I’ve never needed customer service until today. I ordered some things from the Cyber Monday sale, and after I purchased them I realized I re-ordered something I just got a couple of weeks ago. I emailed customer service and asked if I could exchange the item before it was processed and they gladly accommodated me! They responded quickly and exchanged the item in my order, even though it was my error.

Excellent Every Easter, I buy my family bathing suits for the upcoming season. I started purchasing from Ruffle/Rugged Butts a few years ago. Their suits are such good quality, they last all season against the roughness of salt water, chlorine, and toddlers! I’ve only ever called customer service once and Marcus was perfect. I wish I could steal him away to provide customer service training to the world!

Excellent Experience I ordered two bathing suits- girls size 5 and boys size 8. They arrived today and I am so impressed with the quality and the design. I was initially concerned about the length of time to ship to Canada but they arrived in 2 weeks without any issues. The customer service team provided outstanding support and communication throughout the process. Will definitely order from Ruffle Butts again !!!
