My girls have numerous suits at this point and all are great quality, comfortable and cute. Definitely recommend this company and their product.

GBQuality and Customer Service Excellence I ordered plaid button ups for my boys (4 and 6) along with the matching dress for my little peanut. The size 6 was on back order so, it shipped separately. It was quick to ship, but I never received it. USPS marked it delivered, but I didn’t get it. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and come to a resolution. They sent out a replacement shirt right away and I received it in 2 business days - JUST in time for school pictures! I shop RuffleButts because the quality is superb. I will continue to shop because the customer service is even better.

GBI have been stuck on an automatic I have been stuck on an automatic, very irritating robo cell phone message system from this company ? Despite contacting customer service and bring assured i would b removed from that list ! Do not order from them or you will b cursed with the same fate!!!!

GBI've been buying RuffleButts for the… I've been buying RuffleButts for the last few years since my son was born and now I have a newborn daughter and can't stop buying clothes for her. She was a chunky baby so the size I ordered didn't fit. I called customer service to just discuss sizing and the exchange policy and the girl I spoke with was so kind. We talked for ten minutes about sizing and towards the end she sent me a label to mail my items back for an exchange. I cannot express how genuine and thoughtful the RuffleButts customer service team is. Looking forward to my exchange!

GBCustomer Service I had ordered my granddaughter some monogrammed fall outfits for her 1st birthday. I received the adorable clothes but one of the items was the wrong size. I called Customer Service and they immediately placed a new order with the correct size and monogram to be shipped out the same day. I was told to keep the incorrectly sized item since it was monogrammed so I didn’t even have the hassle to send it back. Impressive customer service! I will be a frequent customer for sure!
