Quality and Customer Service Excellence I ordered plaid button ups for my boys (4 and 6) along with the matching dress for my little peanut. The size 6 was on back order so, it shipped separately. It was quick to ship, but I never received it. USPS marked it delivered, but I didn’t get it. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and come to a resolution. They sent out a replacement shirt right away and I received it in 2 business days - JUST in time for school pictures! I shop RuffleButts because the quality is superb. I will continue to shop because the customer service is even better.

The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. My go to clothing Ruggedbutts has been my go to for my boys, especially the swim. I love the cute patterns and long sleeve rash guards, and the quality is amazing! The quarter zip sweaters are my son's favorite school wear, and are so soft and comfortable! Customer service is always so helpful whenever I have questions or need help with an order.

This company has THE BEST customer service! This company has THE BEST customer service. I made a mistake on my order and realized it after 5:00 on a Friday. I sent an email stating what I did wrong, with options for fixing and they got back with me over the weekend and fixed my order! Wow! I expected to be told it was my problem like bigger online operations. It felt like such personalized attention.
