Customer Service I had ordered my granddaughter some monogrammed fall outfits for her 1st birthday. I received the adorable clothes but one of the items was the wrong size. I called Customer Service and they immediately placed a new order with the correct size and monogram to be shipped out the same day. I was told to keep the incorrectly sized item since it was monogrammed so I didn’t even have the hassle to send it back. Impressive customer service! I will be a frequent customer for sure!

The grab bag had a really nice variety of items including the adorable Halloween ruffle tights!! Super happy with my purchase. I had an initial issue with my order (had selected quantity 2 do an item). The customer service team remedied this immediately with one message. Thanks for great service and an awesome product!

I have been stuck on an automatic I have been stuck on an automatic, very irritating robo cell phone message system from this company ? Despite contacting customer service and bring assured i would b removed from that list ! Do not order from them or you will b cursed with the same fate!!!!
