Excellent Every Easter, I buy my family bathing suits for the upcoming season. I started purchasing from Ruffle/Rugged Butts a few years ago. Their suits are such good quality, they last all season against the roughness of salt water, chlorine, and toddlers! I’ve only ever called customer service once and Marcus was perfect. I wish I could steal him away to provide customer service training to the world!

Quality and Customer Service Excellence I ordered plaid button ups for my boys (4 and 6) along with the matching dress for my little peanut. The size 6 was on back order so, it shipped separately. It was quick to ship, but I never received it. USPS marked it delivered, but I didn’t get it. I reached out to customer service and they were quick to respond and come to a resolution. They sent out a replacement shirt right away and I received it in 2 business days - JUST in time for school pictures! I shop RuffleButts because the quality is superb. I will continue to shop because the customer service is even better.
