Great quality and great customer service I purchased a 15ft trampoline almost a year ago and we have absolutely loved it. Out of every trampoline we have owned I have by far been pleased with jumpflex quality. Recently our net tore and they were incredibly fast sending not only a replacement net but pole covers as well at no charge to me. If you're looking for a trampoline absolutely go with jumpflex!

Amazing in everyday! I can't believe how amazing their customer service was. Extremely prompt (as in almost immediate to get back to us). They went above and beyond to resolve our net issue, honoring the lifetime warranty with no questions asked. They mailed it right away to us and also did a great job of communicating throughout the process. It is so rare to find such amazing customer service now days and Jumpflex hit it out of the park! The money we spent on this trampoline has been more than worth it and would definitely buy from them again.

Got it during the pandemic Got it during the pandemic! All tramps were selling out everywhere. Came fast, set up fast. Superb quality. Our 5 kids including all the neighbor kids have accessed it. Held up fantastic over the last several years. No sign of wear and tear, we live in harsh climates. Snow and extreme heat and hold up perfectly. Good investment.
