Super customer friendly and made our entire experience super awesome and stress free. A great quality Trampoline at an affordable price! Order was timely Order was timely, had an issue with 1 missing spring. Jumpflex sent replacement promptly even though it was several weeks later at install when missing item discovered. Long wait for slide but upon restock was promptly sent. Only thing that bugged me was I had to pay for shipping when I could have ordered thru amazon shipping free at same price. Opted to order direct from company to ensure I did not receive someone else's return with missing or defective parts since I had to pay for professional install.

Easy assembly but…. The trampoline was very easy to put together. The bolt free design is great. The one issue is getting the nets over the poles. They are just too tight to pull over the foam. However covering the foam in baby powder solves the problem and the nets glide on.

Warranty replacement quick and easy Fantastic customer service...quick and painless. Replacement parts were sent via warranty. Company clearly stands behind their product even after several years of use. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again if and when the time arises.

When you have a superior product that sells itself and add customer service, it makes buying direct (not through Amazon) all the better. Took 1.5 hrs of ease to put together the 14' tramp. Kids love it. Thanks
