Excellent customer service - replacement parts We purchased our trampoline about a year and a half ago. When we moved, we had to disassemble and reassemble it at the new house, and almost all the Velcro top straps broke. I reached out to customer service and within days they had sent me 12 new ones (we only needed 8!) for free, no questions asked. Excellent and quick customer service!

Delivery was extra fast Delivery was extra fast! Came way earlier than promised. All 3 big boxes were sealed well with no equipment broken nor missing. My entire order matched exactly as I expected from Jumpflex website! Since installment we’ve had nothing but fun! It’s very sturdy. It’s definitely surviving our Oklahoma winds, rain, & ice storms.

The gold standard for quality/service. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and the product support received. Purchased shortly after moving to new neighborhood. Our backyard instantly became the hangout for our kids and their friends because of this trampoline. The quality of these trampolines fill me with confidence that our kids and their friends can play safely.

Don't buy, very cheap product (quality wise) and customer service ignore you Don't buy, cheap crap and don't respond to your delivery issues, opened dispute with paypal with all evidence and some how they still got away with it, so now I have a trampoline that was delivered with broken parts and I've lost £500 on cheap crap! Also weight limit of the product 150kg on website is a lie, packaging comes with 100kg on it!!!

Great quality and great customer service I purchased a 15ft trampoline almost a year ago and we have absolutely loved it. Out of every trampoline we have owned I have by far been pleased with jumpflex quality. Recently our net tore and they were incredibly fast sending not only a replacement net but pole covers as well at no charge to me. If you're looking for a trampoline absolutely go with jumpflex!
