Order was timely Order was timely, had an issue with 1 missing spring. Jumpflex sent replacement promptly even though it was several weeks later at install when missing item discovered. Long wait for slide but upon restock was promptly sent. Only thing that bugged me was I had to pay for shipping when I could have ordered thru amazon shipping free at same price. Opted to order direct from company to ensure I did not receive someone else's return with missing or defective parts since I had to pay for professional install.

Thank you jump flex! Customer support at jumpflex is above expectations. Not only do they make a quality product, but the warranty is outstanding and backed up by the company. It's an added bonus that the agent's New Zealand accents are so damn sexy.

Fun and safe, having a blast as we jump to the moon! Ordered the 12' for my 2 daughters, 12 & 6. Order came fast, and somehow we were one spring short in the box. Customer service had it to us within 36 hours, and this trampoline has brought the entire family hours of fun, and helps us maintain our fitness!! Safety net is secure, as my little loves when mommy bounces her "to the moon!" Definitely recommend, as our neighbors have had theirs for 4 summers now.

Don't buy, very cheap product (quality wise) and customer service ignore you Don't buy, cheap crap and don't respond to your delivery issues, opened dispute with paypal with all evidence and some how they still got away with it, so now I have a trampoline that was delivered with broken parts and I've lost £500 on cheap crap! Also weight limit of the product 150kg on website is a lie, packaging comes with 100kg on it!!!
