After contacting the company i recieved email that it will be shipped mid november, product is in production. Extremely professional company I only discovered moyustore at the start of this year and the quality of the product is amazing. On top of that the customer service is fantastic! I recently went away and took one of my recent purchases with me, however I forgot the build instructions so I thought I'd give customer services an email. I have to say that Ms Sophia was very very helpful and I'm happy to say that I managed to get my model assembled. The products are fantastic, detailed and as described The products are fantastic, detailed and as described. I have not started to assemble the models yet. However, I was impressed with the detailed instructions, the way in which the models were packaged, in a tools box with each set of items in separate bags, with tools etc... The lower value products were despatched in a similar manner, presentation boxes, with individual item wrapping etc... I had an issue with a late delivery item, once I had contacted MoYustore, they quickly resolved the delivery... I look forward to building the models.
