With the excuse of delay in production, from then on, the box arrived relatively quick. Nevertheless, when I opened the box I found 2nd hand material, photocopies of the instructions of an other similar spider model, 3 parts were missing and there was one spider leg that was already made. The excuse of delay in production is definitely a lie. The spider model itself looks great!

Technical support of this company is also at high level and time of respond is quite short . Only one thing is should be improved- time of delivery. Delivery time spend 25-30 days instead of 5-10 working days like it should be during speedy shipping .
