Anytime I have ever had to reach out to Customer Support they have risen to the occasion and have been able to help me with whatever I have needed! The products are fantastic, detailed and as described The products are fantastic, detailed and as described. I have not started to assemble the models yet. However, I was impressed with the detailed instructions, the way in which the models were packaged, in a tools box with each set of items in separate bags, with tools etc... The lower value products were despatched in a similar manner, presentation boxes, with individual item wrapping etc... I had an issue with a late delivery item, once I had contacted MoYustore, they quickly resolved the delivery... I look forward to building the models.

Technical support of this company is also at high level and time of respond is quite short . Only one thing is should be improved- time of delivery. Delivery time spend 25-30 days instead of 5-10 working days like it should be during speedy shipping .
