Impressive service This is my third order from MoYu. On the second order I had ordered some puzzles that were out of stock. I was quickly contacted by Ms. Sophia. She explained the situation and offered a refund or store credit. I chose refund and had my money returned the next day. Ms. Sophia was so professional and polite. I was also surprised to have my money returned so quickly. It's just so refreshing to get such good service. In life things happen but how this was handled you have made a loyal customer Ms. Sophia. GREAT customer service !!! GREAT customer service !!!! I originally ordered 3 puzzles. One was sold out. Moyustore contacted me, and I changed the order. After receiving my puzzles, I found the instructions for 2 of them were missing. I sent an E-mail to Customer Support, and WITHIN 15 minutes had the instructions in an e-mail. I don't know how they could have done any better. I will definitely be ordering more items with Moyustore. First rate company

Missing pieces I recently ordered three models from MoYustore. One of the models was missing parts so I reached out to their customer service. Ms Sophia was very quick to respond to my email. Not only did she address the missing parts I was inquiring about, she encouraged me to check the parts of my other two models so she could resolve everything at once. In doing so, I discovered another missing part in one of the other models. Ms Sophia demonstrated strong customer service skills and resolved not only my original issue of missing pieces, but one that I was unaware of. I'm looking forward to completing my models and will be able to do so sooner thanks to her. Even missing the pieces, because of her excellent skills, I'm giving 5+ Stars! Thank you, Ms Sophia!

Happy with 3 kits so far I've bought 3 kits so far. I started with the butterfly and it was pretty easy to assemble. I'm really happy with the result. I got a sea horse lamp next. Not exactly as pictured. I'm stuck at one point because the instructions are confusing. Need to research better instructions. Perhaps if they're available online in 3d that would help me finish it. 3rd kit is a bunny that I've not yet started. Really love the challenge and the quality!
