The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days. this company has awesome LIVE customer service. this company has awesome customer service!! YOu do not wait long for someone to pick up phone. They clearly want customers to be happy. Ed assured me I could call back if my granddaughter and I could not figure out box 2. She absolutely loves the engineering aspects, called me on MEET to demonstrate.

Almost as good as Christmas morning My grandson looks forward to his weekly Crunch Labs as much as Christmas morning! They are age appropriate, engaging and the videos perfectly explain the science behind the activity. One call to customer service clears up any questions and they solve matters quickly. Thank you for making such a fantastic product!

Customer service helped process an address change. Customer service helped process an address change and ensure our boxes arrived at our new place without interruption. They were speedy and courteous, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Crunch Labs for anyone looking to add fun activities at home. It has been great for the whole family (kids aged 10-13 and their grandparents).

My son LOVES these Crates My son LOVES these Crates! We have done Mel Science, Kiwi Co and while he has grown with these kits, the Crunch labs he gets excited about in particular because of the Videos that Mark Rober puts with them. As he has grown older the other kits have not held his attention as much as the Crunch Lab kits have. Not only does he build them, but he creates stories and scenarios around using them in real life situations. He is highly engaged in these crates challenge him and encourage him to create in STEAM categories.
