These boxes are awesome we sit down each month and talk about the science and the build. We are now on our second year subscription and still look forward each month to a great quality and fun build. When will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!

CrunchLabs kits are thoughtful, educational and fun! The Crunch Labs kits are thoughtful, well-executed builds which my son throughly enjoys. We experienced two problems (sent a duplicate build and received an empty kit); however, the CrunchLabs team quickly remedied the problem each time. They took the time to explain what may have happened and how they plan to fix similar problems in the future. The CrunchLabs build kits and their team are highly recommended.

Crunchlabs is a quality product that teaches The annual subscription to Crunchlabs was a Christmas gift to my 3 grandsons. I had sat and watched many Mark Rober videos with them throughout the years. They love the monthly projects. They FaceTime each other and discuss the build. This summer subscribers received a special free Summer Camp video series to do at home. Great projects each month. Quality building materials. These are not flimsy projects you’ll throw away. These are constructed to last.

We had a Build Box returned by the post office We had a Build Box returned by the post office for no apparent reason. The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days.
