Dealing with Crunch Labs has been a… Dealing with Crunch Labs has been a first class experience from the beginning. Last treat I created an account so my nine year old grandchild could do interactive science/engineering activities in a monthly basis. We have been so impressed we can’t wait to re-up when our year is up. My grandchild looks so forward to these “monthly” adventures. Thank you so much!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. The April box has been at the mail carrier for 2 weeks, clearly lost. First time I reached out to customer service was day 6 and customer serbice got back saying to wait till day 7 and they would check the status and follow back up. Day 8 I reached out askimg for an update as the box was still stuck at the post office on the tracking number. No response. Day 13 I reached out again as it still is lost asking for them to help resolve and no response. Honestly, glad the year subscripription is almost over so I can cut ties with this company. Too bad Mark Rober put his name on this and doesn't know or care what a sh!t show it has become.

Great subscription box for kids My 9yo son loves the crunch labs boxes. He puts them together as soon as they arrive and we’ve both been really impressed with all of the builds. They are challenging enough without being too difficult that he needs help. I appreciate their efforts towards sustainability as well. Would definitely recommend!

When will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!
