CrunchLabs kits are thoughtful, educational and fun! The Crunch Labs kits are thoughtful, well-executed builds which my son throughly enjoys. We experienced two problems (sent a duplicate build and received an empty kit); however, the CrunchLabs team quickly remedied the problem each time. They took the time to explain what may have happened and how they plan to fix similar problems in the future. The CrunchLabs build kits and their team are highly recommended.

We had a Build Box returned by the post office We had a Build Box returned by the post office for no apparent reason. The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days.
