We paid $300 for a subscription and… We paid $300 for a subscription and when we got the first box it wasn't even taped. We were missing 7 pieces We called and they sent an email how to get replacement parts but the submit button will not work. It's Saturday customer service is closed until Monday, and my son is so disappointed he cannot do this. I'm pretty mad. I understand accidents happen but this is our first box, to me this could have been prevented. Am I going to have to go through this every month?!?! I really would rather have my money back.

Great subscription box for kids My 9yo son loves the crunch labs boxes. He puts them together as soon as they arrive and we’ve both been really impressed with all of the builds. They are challenging enough without being too difficult that he needs help. I appreciate their efforts towards sustainability as well. Would definitely recommend!

Inspiring and trustworthy Crunch Labs have been totally awesome. We recently moved, and they were very proactive about making sure our boxes continued to make it to us, even when it took me a long time to reply. The products are also wonderful and educational. They have inspired a great interest and confidence in engineering in our child. We love Mark Rober and his team.

Almost as good as Christmas morning My grandson looks forward to his weekly Crunch Labs as much as Christmas morning! They are age appropriate, engaging and the videos perfectly explain the science behind the activity. One call to customer service clears up any questions and they solve matters quickly. Thank you for making such a fantastic product!
