The Crunch Labs customer service notified me that the package had been returned and then sent out a replacement right away. They were pro-active which is a rare quality now days. My son LOVES these Crates My son LOVES these Crates! We have done Mel Science, Kiwi Co and while he has grown with these kits, the Crunch labs he gets excited about in particular because of the Videos that Mark Rober puts with them. As he has grown older the other kits have not held his attention as much as the Crunch Lab kits have. Not only does he build them, but he creates stories and scenarios around using them in real life situations. He is highly engaged in these crates challenge him and encourage him to create in STEAM categories.

Deceptive practices designed to deceive My wife ordered a box as a gift for a young man who was absolutely thrilled to receive it. They’re very cool. However after pausing the subscription by cancelling “auto renewal” it turns out that doesn’t cancel the next box, no that cancels the box 7 boxes from now. For a company that wants to teach kids about engineering maybe you could teach yourselves a bit about engineering a user experience. And to top of it all off, the response of the customer service team? Sorry, tough luck. Cool toys. Couldn’t recommend the company.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service. The April box has been at the mail carrier for 2 weeks, clearly lost. First time I reached out to customer service was day 6 and customer serbice got back saying to wait till day 7 and they would check the status and follow back up. Day 8 I reached out askimg for an update as the box was still stuck at the post office on the tracking number. No response. Day 13 I reached out again as it still is lost asking for them to help resolve and no response. Honestly, glad the year subscripription is almost over so I can cut ties with this company. Too bad Mark Rober put his name on this and doesn't know or care what a sh!t show it has become.

When will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!
