They were speedy and courteous, a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Crunch Labs for anyone looking to add fun activities at home. My son LOVES these Crates My son LOVES these Crates! We have done Mel Science, Kiwi Co and while he has grown with these kits, the Crunch labs he gets excited about in particular because of the Videos that Mark Rober puts with them. As he has grown older the other kits have not held his attention as much as the Crunch Lab kits have. Not only does he build them, but he creates stories and scenarios around using them in real life situations. He is highly engaged in these crates challenge him and encourage him to create in STEAM categories.

We paid $300 for a subscription and… We paid $300 for a subscription and when we got the first box it wasn't even taped. We were missing 7 pieces We called and they sent an email how to get replacement parts but the submit button will not work. It's Saturday customer service is closed until Monday, and my son is so disappointed he cannot do this. I'm pretty mad. I understand accidents happen but this is our first box, to me this could have been prevented. Am I going to have to go through this every month?!?! I really would rather have my money back.

Inspiring and trustworthy Crunch Labs have been totally awesome. We recently moved, and they were very proactive about making sure our boxes continued to make it to us, even when it took me a long time to reply. The products are also wonderful and educational. They have inspired a great interest and confidence in engineering in our child. We love Mark Rober and his team.

Honest review from a real parent We are on our second year of Crunchlabs and they just keep getting worse. I have an 11 year old boy that loves science. I love that he does learn a new principle each time on the video. The projects though are cheap materials, rarely line up as they should and don't actually function well. A ball shooter that on the video goes across the room will in reality go a few feet. A northern lights projector in reality doesn't turn well and needs to be a few feet from the wall in a completely dark room. I expected better from a famed engineer who is putting his name on these products.
