AUWhen will you deliver internationally? Can a 9 year old do it? Hi CrunchLabs! I have just heard of your new Hackpack and want to buy it. But I have a question, since I live in Melbourne, Australia I am not eligible to have it, so when will you get international delivery? also, I have a 9 year old son turning 10 and he wants Hackpack, can he build it? Because he is really skilled at building and coding I thought it would be a perfect match for him. Thank you!

GBCrunchLabs kits are thoughtful, educational and fun! The Crunch Labs kits are thoughtful, well-executed builds which my son throughly enjoys. We experienced two problems (sent a duplicate build and received an empty kit); however, the CrunchLabs team quickly remedied the problem each time. They took the time to explain what may have happened and how they plan to fix similar problems in the future. The CrunchLabs build kits and their team are highly recommended.

GBWe paid $300 for a subscription and… We paid $300 for a subscription and when we got the first box it wasn't even taped. We were missing 7 pieces We called and they sent an email how to get replacement parts but the submit button will not work. It's Saturday customer service is closed until Monday, and my son is so disappointed he cannot do this. I'm pretty mad. I understand accidents happen but this is our first box, to me this could have been prevented. Am I going to have to go through this every month?!?! I really would rather have my money back.

Ed assured me I could call back if my granddaughter and I could not figure out box 2. She absolutely loves the engineering aspects, called me on MEET to demonstrate.
