GBPop funko arrived with crushed corner Pop funko arrived with crushed corner. Was in bubble wrap and box not crushed so one would think it was carelessly packed that way. Tried calling during business hrs was on hold 24 min gave up. Emailed and left messages. They finally answered my message a week later. Was given option to return for a possible full refund pending your approval process as it says on packing slip or keep it for a discount. Unacceptble resolution in my opinion.not caring or take accountablity for mistake in shipping.

GBTurning a bad experience into a great onehe experience wasn't great initially… The experience wasn't great initially because our order was improperly returned to Entertainment Earth by UPS. However, after a few emails back and forth with no definitive answer, I called the customer service number provided. Your agent, Donald Tapia, was very personable and professional as he explained what happened. He then waived the reship fee and got our order processed to reship to us. He took great care to ensure that the order would be sent to the correct address, explained how the delivery process would work and even checked the status of another order we're waiting for. He was courteous and professional at all times and I would be very happy to deal with Donald again. Thank you!

GBI have been a happy dedicated customer… I have been a happy dedicated customer of Entertainment Earth for 20 + years and they are a great company. Normally my orders come in mint condition but today I received an order that both the box and figures inside were damaged. They were packed well and obviously EE was not at fault, but it had been mishandled en route. I called EE and Donald couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful. He made things right ….This is why I will continue to do business with them . They’re a solid company with kind people like Donald who work there . Thanks EE !!

GBOrder change and Free Shipping impact ... Called and spoke to Donald about a free shipping issue. He pleasantly explained how the situation happened, and then he suggested a way to remedy it. I took him up on his suggestion, and we were done. It would have been easy to simply say "No, I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you" but he did not. Thanks Donald!
