GBOrder change and Free Shipping impact ... Called and spoke to Donald about a free shipping issue. He pleasantly explained how the situation happened, and then he suggested a way to remedy it. I took him up on his suggestion, and we were done. It would have been easy to simply say "No, I am sorry there is nothing I can do for you" but he did not. Thanks Donald!

GBFriendly customer service I have recently come under some new financial crisis that required me to have to cancel all my pre-orders. I had called their office and was connected with Donald Tapia. He did an amazing job and not only cleared my orders and possible debt that I would have been in, but also brightened my spirits during this trying time. GBAvoid at all costs!!! I've never had a worse experience with an online retailer. I wasn't allowed to cancel an order I didn't need. They charged $35 to ship a gundam kit that cost $28 because apparently they charge you for all pre-orders you have when anything at all ships out. Then to return it I have to pay another $10 for a return label. And it's so convenient that the shipping isn't refundable. Y'know the shipping I paid for 6 items that haven't even been released yet but I was still charged for. So it would cost me a total of $47.38 to recieve a $29 refund. I can't comprehend why anyone would use this place. I heard good things so took a chance. Customer Service does not exist. I have never been treated so bad. Just a disgusting, predatory company.

GBThank you, Donald! Donald has been extremely helpful with a package I had trouble with. However I am dissatisfied with EE’s lack of communication regarding that same package’s shipment. It wasn’t until I had to check USPS to find out it was shipped to the wrong address then sent back — I never got an email about this.
