Definitely one of my favorite baby items Love our mini chefs foldable toddler tower! Definitely one of my favorite baby items I’ve ever purchased. Came so quickly too - I purchased on Monday and it arrived next day

Big Fans! Awesome products and amazing company. Just bought one their Play Mats which is really high quality, soft, making one of the best purchases you can make to a baby. The customer service was so quick to respond to my questions. Recommended Piccalio to my mom group. We are big fans!

Amazing product and service Amazing! So quick with shipping and the response time for question was fast, too. The wood is smooth and the height is just perfect. Cant wait for my little climber to play with these! Also, I ordered stones with the balance beams as well, and those are still on the way, but I imagine they'll be just as beautiful.

Faulty product; no help from company Less than 1 year ago, we purchased a foldable Piccalio learning tower on Facebook marketplace because the wait time for the product on the web site was months and we wanted it as a Christmas gift for our son. While I never take chances with my child's safety, I found that the person selling the towers "refurbished" was actually the owner of the company-Ali Tavsanoglu-selling them directly so I thought we had found a great loophole. The owner warned me when I picked up the chair to keep an eye on the bolts that hold the handle bars in place, and that they may need to be tightened from time to time if we folded it up a lot. Which we did and occasionally found it needed to be tightened. No big deal. Unfortunately, the wear and tear of this action repeatedly over the course of a year completely stripped the holes, to the point where the handlebars were no longer staying in and became a real safety hazard for our 2 year old. I reached out to the owner to ask if we could get replacement parts and was immediately blocked on Facebook. So I then reached out directly to Piccalio, even offering to pay for the parts, understanding that our purchasing circumstance was unusual and not covered by a warranty. They declined stating that they couldn't help us. We spent $199 on this product. It didn't even last a year and now both the owner and the company are refusing to take any ownership despite the fact that I have a receipt showing my transaction with the company’s CEO. It's extremely disappointing. If you stand by your products, you should stand by them no matter what channel they are sold through. And the company's owners shouldn't be selling faulty products through a sketchy back door in the first place.
