Provided false information and ignored my cancellation request I sent a cancellation request within seconds of placing the order since the shipping address was incorrect (their website UI is horrible with no order review page). I immediately sent an email to the support email since there is no live chat/business phone number to call. A day later I’ve got the email that they shipped my order despite my cancellation. I checked the shipping number they included and it was NOT yet shipped, only the request was created. I sent the screenshots and ask them to cancel but they falsely replied that they already shipped it. Apparently, my cancellation within seconds of placing the order and even screenshots a day later that it’s not yet shipped did not matter. I have lost money, would not receive the product and I have got a very scammy feeling about his business operates. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them!

Wanted for years - worth the hype!! I have wanted the Foldable Helper Tower by Piccalio for almost 2 years after we used another helper tower with our first baby and hated it. I told my husband for our next child the Piccalio Foldable Helper Tower was a must have and SO happy with it! We started using it at 12 months old and it’s been a life changer for us in the kitchen. Timeless design and amazing wood. Love Love Love!!!

Great! Our little guy, who is 14 months old, LOVES the helper tower and we do too. Not only does it allow him to be involved in the kitchen (without having to hold him all of the time) but it is also so beautifully made.

Absolutely love this product! Absolutely love this product! a total game changer in the kitchen and I love that it converts to a little table and bench!
