Received defective Unidragon puzzle Bought a Unidragon puzzle through Amazon. Expensive. Right away when i open the box, there is a disclaimer from the company about missing pieces or defective puzzles, asking purchasers not to diss them on the internet in case this happens... Well, guess what! The pieces provided to me in my box DID NOT fit together early on, and thus the mandala puzzle COULDNT be completed. I am a seasoned puzzler, finishing very complex challenges with great patience. This company CLEARLY has PROBLEMS in their manufacture to automatically include this disclaimer along with their product! I was happy i bought this through Amazon in that i received an immediate refund with free return shipping rather than having to work directly with Unidragon to return ship and then wait for my refund. I will never buy a puzzle from this company again.

Exquisite quality. Fast delivery. After having read good and mainly bad reviews I took a chance and ordered one jigsaw (Chameleon large). It arrived after 5 days in a beautiful wooden box. The quality of the jigsaw is exquisite. Many pieces are in the shape of insects, plants and animals you would expect to find in the same habitat. They fit together perfectly. No missing or broken pieces. Any jigsaw aficionado will love this!

Fairy Bird RS Got this cool puzzle as a birthday gift from my work buddies. I must say, this gift left a impression on me. I had never assembled wooden puzzles before and I was impressed by how much they differ from the cardboard ones. The texture and the feel of the wooden pieces are quite distinct and pleasant. The large size, along with the numerous and varied prints on the illustration, made it super engaging to find matches. I enjoyed the shaped pieces like birds, plants, and animals, which made the process very fun. The puzzle is made very well, and I had a lot of pleasure assembling it.

Beautiful puzzles - Great family event I received a puzzle as a gift that was very challenging to complete. It was a family effort. The puzzle was beautiful once it was completed except it was missing ONE piece. The packing slip provides an email address and says if a piece is missing, please contact them before leaving a bad review. After corresponding with them a few times, they are sending me a replacement puzzle so I can pick out the missing piece and complete my puzzle. I can't wait to spray it with puzzle glue and frame it so everyone that enters my home can see it! It is truly a beautiful piece of art. My next purchase will be one that is a little less challenging though! Thank you Unidragon for sending me a replacement. Greatly appreciated!!!

Very qualitative !!! “Mandala Tree of Life” This puzzle is very qualitatively made of wood and carefully varnished, so that in the end you get a beautiful image of the tree of life. Every detail is well cut, polished and fits together perfectly for an ideal puzzle assembly. It came in a compact and beautiful box that I can use in my home as a decor item and that makes me very happy. Together with my daughter I assembled this puzzle and there were unique moments spent together away from gadgets and the virtual world. Fun and useful for the brain and attention. I recommend the puzzles from Unidragon!!!
