Unidragon are purveyors of beautifully… Unidragon are purveyors of beautifully designed and colorful wooden puzzles consisting of laser cut and unique pieces. My first experience was with the Mandala Tree of life. I enjoyed this experience and challenge. The package came in good condition and very nicely packed.

The trees and water were also tough to orient. So this took a lot longer than I expected - which makes it better value for money, right? I definitely enjoyed the time I spent with this puzzle and I’m glad I have another one from this range sitting in my todo pile 😁

Great product really lousy service As others have stated the puzzles themselves are unique, beautiful and fun. But their customer service is horrid as are other elements I won’t bother going into. A shame really. I won’t buy another. (Update: Odd that Unidragon would reply to this post as they did. They seem surprised - don’t believe a word of it. They have had negative reviews about their customer service for a long time now and never do anything significant to address it. Companies like this have a high rate of eventual failure. Unidragon will be gone before long).

Quality meets artistry Unidragon puzzles are where quality meets artistry. I've ordered puzzles for myself and my kids, and the experience has been exceptional. The detailed illustrations and precision-cut pieces make for a satisfying assembly process. As a parent, I appreciate the eco-friendly packaging, and my kids are hooked on these puzzles.

Closet Russian State Subsidized company :-( Although they make great puzzles, nowadays they really make an effort to try to hide the fact that this is a Russian company by using a cover up company called Rusard (what a name..) Every single box you order has the address from Walt LLC, 443099 unit 6, Sadovaya Street 137, Samara, Samara Oblast, Rusland, 443099. Did not expect this from a .eu website with a contact address in Dublin, Ireland. I kinda feel cheated because they are not upfront about their origin. Turns out they are even state subsidized.
