Great product really lousy service As others have stated the puzzles themselves are unique, beautiful and fun. But their customer service is horrid as are other elements I won’t bother going into. A shame really. I won’t buy another. (Update: Odd that Unidragon would reply to this post as they did. They seem surprised - don’t believe a word of it. They have had negative reviews about their customer service for a long time now and never do anything significant to address it. Companies like this have a high rate of eventual failure. Unidragon will be gone before long).

Unidragon puzzles are the best value… Unidragon puzzles are the best value for money, thier quality is amazing, it is a real pleasure to touch and to assemble the details. I have been buying them for myself and as Chmas presents for 2 years and my friends are waiting to expand thier collections. Did not open the boxes yet this time , but had no problems with the delivery.

Beautiful puzzles - Great family event I received a puzzle as a gift that was very challenging to complete. It was a family effort. The puzzle was beautiful once it was completed except it was missing ONE piece. The packing slip provides an email address and says if a piece is missing, please contact them before leaving a bad review. After corresponding with them a few times, they are sending me a replacement puzzle so I can pick out the missing piece and complete my puzzle. I can't wait to spray it with puzzle glue and frame it so everyone that enters my home can see it! It is truly a beautiful piece of art. My next purchase will be one that is a little less challenging though! Thank you Unidragon for sending me a replacement. Greatly appreciated!!!

The elusive Colbri My third experience with Unidragon was perfection. I selected the Elusive Colibri-a puzzle that was 2 parts-a hummingbird and a flower. I was amazed at all the hummingbird whimsies and the rich colors. I have assembled this puzzle 3 or 4 times and it still appears like new. Keep up the good work unidragon!

Please unidragon, text messages are for more important things than your intrusive attention. Blocked the number, never coming back to that website
